Hi, I'm Caroline...
I always embraced being an overachiever & perfectionist.
In high school and college, I was so proud of my packed schedule. I double-majored and minored while cheerleading, taking dance classes and working part-time jobs…
I thought, that’s impressive.
And I loved going to school and working because I knew what was expected of me… do your assignment and do it well, that’s it.
The problem was as I got older, this strategy wasn’t working out so well.
The “assignments” started piling up… work, taking care of my family, our home, our finances, relationships and… last on the list, myself.

I felt responsible for so much.
I was overwhelmed with everything I had to do.
I struggled keeping up with my ever-growing to-do list and I never had time to sit down and relax.
It felt like each year, I was just attracting more & more stuff I needed to do.
I THOUGHT… IF I JUST had more TIME.
But no matter what, I never had enough time and I felt like a failure.
I knew I was missing something… a piece of the puzzle. So I bought a bunch of life organizing and decluttering books, kits, binders, programs…you name it, I bought it!
I learned a ton about time-saving apps, productivity systems, going paperless and the best ways to organize your home.
All great tools, but honestly I didn’t know where to stop.
It felt like a full-time job managing my life.
I’d implemented everything I learned, but I still felt overwhelmed.
I was fed up, frustrated and so tired of just doing things… I felt lost and wanted to give up.
And that’s when the magic happened.
I knew I needed help so I started searching… and I found it.
Working with both transformational life coaches and intuitive energy healers, I finally found the answers and the support I’d been seeking.
Suddenly, everything started falling into place.
I stopped being critical of my role as a wife, a mother, or even a human being.
I learned how to be protective of my time and energy without feeling guilty about it.
I realized I’d been blindly organizing my life and I was actually welcoming a lot of the clutter.
I was letting the clutter control me… it told me where I needed to focus, made me feel I was always falling behind, and it kept me from enjoying my life.
Enough was enough.
I LEARNED TO TRUST MYSELF AND I TOOK BACK CONTROL OF MY LIFE
And guess what?…
The fog has finally lifted and I feel lighter and at ease.
I’ve become an empowered decision-maker and the architect of my life.
Embracing the art of decluttering and energy clearing, I’ve created a home that I’m proud to call mine.
I know how to celebrate who I am and honor what I really want.
I’m now. finally… living in harmony.
This is the gift I’d love to share with you.
Ever light and love,

Professional bio
In 1999, I received my B.S. in Marketing and Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business. After graduating, I worked in various corporate operations and accounting roles throughout Boston.
However, I quickly realized I was no longer inspired by my career path. I had a strong desire to have a career where I could use my creative energy and build something to share with the world around me. So, in 2003 I decided to pursue a Masters in Interior Design at Boston Architectural College.
After graduating from my 5-year work/study program, I received my NCIDQ certification and became a Certified Interior Designer. I worked for 6 years at an architectural firm, Tsoi/Kobus & Associates, in Harvard Square. While at TK&A, I worked on projects for clients in the medical and higher education industry, like Harvard Law School, Boston Medical Center, and Suffolk University. My last project before I left the firm (and the one I’m most proud of) was the University of Minnesota Masonic Children Hospital.
After leaving TK&A to start a family, even though I loved designing spaces, I realized I no longer wanted to work in a corporate office and that my true gift and life-long calling was to help guide others. I wanted to share my gifts of empathy, openness, compassion, and understanding by becoming a life coach and inspiring others.
In 2016, I became certified in the Transformational Coaching Method © through Health Coach Institute (formerly known as Holistic MBA), which utilizes Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) methodologies along with other advanced coaching techniques to help people experience the lives they truly desire.
